Plugin conversation and voice
Both plugins consist of instructions that guide conversation in ChatGPT. They do not send chat content, voice recordings, or learning history to a separate digitalnative server or create an independent learner database. OpenAI handles ChatGPT history, memory, and voice according to its policies and your account settings.
Customer support information
When you email us, we process your sender address, any name you provide, your message, and attachments to review and answer the request. You choose what to provide; send only what is needed for support. Support information is deleted within 30 days after the request is resolved.
Service providers
We use Google's Gmail to receive and send support email. digitalnative hosts this website on its own server. Network information, such as requested URLs and request times, may be recorded in server logs for page delivery, operation, and security. A language preference cookie remembers your language selection. The website code includes no advertising trackers, separate analytics tools, or support submission form. Each platform's own policies govern its processing and retention.
Your choices and rights
Email offning.app@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information received for support. Manage ChatGPT conversations, voice, and memory through ChatGPT privacy, data, and memory controls. The 30-day support retention period does not determine OpenAI's conversation retention.
